There are a plethora of benefits to converting your content from webinar to opt-in, and if you don’t know how to do it, you don’t need to worry because we’re here to help!
The Benefits of a Webinar to Opt-In
There are plenty of benefits to turning your standard webinar into an opt-in. For one, it allows you to reuse your content, as well as collect for your email list.
On a more technical level, it allows you to spend plenty of time preparing rather than on secondary concerns. You can also use this technique to make sure your webinar is more popular.
Finally, it’s such an easy process that you won’t find yourself at a loss if your webinar doesn’t perform as well as expected.
From Webinar to Opt-In: A Variety of Options Available
You have plenty of options when it comes to this as well. You can record the content as a video and then download it for opting in or even solely depend on an audio file.
However, one of the easiest ways to change a webinar to an opt-in is to convert it to a PDF. The steps to this are simple too – we’ll detail them below so you can do it like a pro!
How to Save Your Webinar as a PDF Opt-In
To start, you’ll want to open your PowerPoint that you want to save as an opt-in. You can create this PowerPoint just like normal – just make whatever you need to ensure that you have the webinar that gets your message across as needed.
The only difference is when you finish your project and take the time to save it, you’ll want to follow the steps starting by going to “File” and choosing “Save as” rather than simply “Save.” From here, choose the option to “Browse,” which will open a pop-up window.
First, you should edit the name of a file to your needs. From there, pay attention to the dropdown menu that will currently read that you’re saving the file as a PowerPoint. Instead, use the dropdown menu to choose to save the file as a PDF.
It’s also a good idea to keep the box asking if you want to open the file after you save it checked and ready to go. This way, you can immediately check for any discrepancies before you send the newly saved file on its way.
At this point, you’ve converted the file successfully and are ready to send it where it needs to go.
